QUOTE(yott-chan @ Oct 16 2008, 05:18 PM) aaaaaaaa ya ya I'm in the midst of thinking whether I should go to school or get personal instructor I am a personal instructor and also a music teacher in a music school. I am teaching in Puchong, you may come over to my place if you want to. QUOTE(icyfawkes @ Oct 16 2008, 05:20 PM) actually...there are some reviews saying that you could do that...the chin rest part lolz...there is alot of shops selling violin, hey paramore, maybe we should like make a gathering of everyone in this forum eh? Is possible to do tweak but I have never see any left handed violinist before. So that is the fact. Maybe that reviewer really did try it? Gathering? Before that we should form a quartet. I am taking the cello position for sure.

A gathering is good. It's good to learn from each other, yes? Regardless of your level, we can all benefit.

Gotta stretch so much more on cello LOL! I started playing the violin first. Well, it is not confusing but I have to remember to stretch my fingers longer everytime before I play the cello. Just like playing the electric guitar and switching to electric bass.

Yes, but electric bass and guitar have frets...so it's not hard at all.

I'm not good enough to play violin for quartet. I major in Piano, Electric Guitar, Classical Guitar and Keyboard. Violin is for fun...and I also play Erhu..which is much harder to play than violin.
Anyone tried erhu??
