are u looking for one downlight = one switch?, if yes, that will cost more, usually RM80-RM100 for one light point..looping will cost half lower than this..that is standard price range for almost contractors, i think..in average, RM50-70 for one downlight point is standard price based on my survey (including looping)..anything below RM50 is consider very cheap already as its standard price for 5 years ago..

i got mine at RM55 per downlight (10 downlights, 3 switch points)..RM550 + free installation of 2 chandeliers and one fan + relocate the light and fan points..

Hi Zack,......

Have been reading your good inputs with interest.

....have you installed your kitchen cabinets. I recalled your price was very good, only at 7.2K for the cabinets and inclusive of the hood and hob too. Is it worth the money ?......

Hoping to see your reply,........ Thanks.

I want to know how much does it cost to fix a toilet

One of my house's toilet bowl cannot flush. When flush, the water gets stuck.
So, now that toilet is like unusable.

Also, how much approx. does it cost to make a SUPER LONG low storage cabinet?

How much to fix a normal gate?

How much does it cost to re-arrange phone wires and also set up TV antenna?

Anyone here knows what is the reasonable air-con concealed charges KL & Selangor area? Especially for Inverter type for 1.0hp, 1.5hp & 2.0hp respectively.

want to ask some info on cost of renovation of double storey house for budgeting purpose.
can anyone roughly tell me roughly thr cost for below item:

1) extention of the back of house for both floors
2) change of tiles of whole house
3) lay new tiles for car porch
4) change roof tiles
5) paint whole house
6) plaster ceiling for whole house
7) construct a wall in the living room for partition purpose
*
Did the same thing for RM 90,000 excluding wall in the living room for partition house but we extended the living room.

Bought new fans, new down-lights for all the house.

One advise though, please draw a plan or other-wise you'll be over-spending as you go. (happened to my mom).

Oh yeah, and we paid DBKL RM1,000 coz they were on our asses.
