How are you going to tell your contractor to renovate exactly what you want your house looks like?

Did anyone of you hire Interior Designer to do the renovation?
How are you going to tell your contractor to renovate exactly what you want your house looks like? Sorry for asking newbie question. Appreciate if some sifus here can help me out. Thanks. |

Anyone here knows what is the reasonable air-con concealed charges KL & Selangor area? Especially for Inverter type for 1.0hp, 1.5hp & 2.0hp respectively.
