my kitchen cabinet (abs material w aluminium frame) plus hood and hob, (elba), double bowl sink, black granite table top and tall cabinet (not solid surface or man made granite) 17ft = RM7.5k

abs melamine wardrobe: 6.5ft ' 9ft high (sliding) =RM2.2k

wrought iron grill (entire house) = RM3.6k..

plaster ceiling = living room and kitchen at the first floor w cornice and wiring (downlight point) = RM1.7k..

waiting for installation = my house is double storey type (new)

..the best price i have so far after surveying..

yes, the kitchen cabinet and wrought iron i can say is really cheap coz others would quoted me about RM9-13k for kitchen only without hood and hob (but mine with hood & hob!) while for wrought iron about RM4.3k to RM5.6k..this after a few on site consultation in my house when they came to do measurement..

i'm not sure whether i would sacrifice the quality but today they are going to install my grill and this saturday for kitchen cabinet see the quality of workmanship..my house in Shah Alam..

yesterday, i got my house grilled. with RM3.6k wrought iron for the whole house, its worth of money. I never ask to renego the price coz the quotation he gave was already save me a lot already. after asking around my neighbours, they spent about RM4.6 to RM5.5k for theirs, same size as me..

Now waiting to install my kitchen cabinet/wardrobe..

not sure what do you mean by solid or hollow..but i guess the wrought iron quite standard when i check around others house..brown color one..

of course not inclusive the main gate..

my grill is wrought iron type..the frame is hollow (quite thick) but the rest are solid iron (flowery type)..

are u looking for one downlight = one switch?, if yes, that will cost more, usually RM80-RM100 for one light point..looping will cost half lower than this..that is standard price range for almost contractors, i think..in average, RM50-70 for one downlight point is standard price based on my survey (including looping)..anything below RM50 is consider very cheap already as its standard price for 5 years ago..

i got mine at RM55 per downlight (10 downlights, 3 switch points)..RM550 + free installation of 2 chandeliers and one fan + relocate the light and fan points..
