Renovation for single story intermediate unit in Taman Tun, KL. I want to do :

1. Extend additional 1 story
2. Roof, Piping/Plumbing, Electrical, Tiles, Painting
3. Gate/Porch/Garden
4. Exterior and Interior design, architectural design
5. Other recommendations welcome, I am basically looking for a modern, sleek, minimalist style. Its an old (30yrs) house with no renovation so planning to fix and do up most of it.

To all sifus here, I would like to ask if its better to go with "1-stop shop" or have multiple contractors? I read some posts saying its better to pau ka liao for such extensive work.

To contractors please PM your contact for further discussion. Thanks!!

after you hack the tiles, you need to relevel the floor before putting foam above. better put directly upon the floor if possible.

Dear all

I am planning to reno for my small 1100 sq ft apartment as well (old building).  Would appreciate some estimated costing from fellow sifus here and recommend a good, reliable contractor as well.

1)  2 bathrooms - re-plumbing, remove old tiles and install new tiles, replace wc & basin, install 2 water heaters.  ---rm4800
2) 3 bedrooms - remove parquets and replace with tiles. Install 3 ceiling fans. Master bedroom - install built-in wardrobe  ---rm7000
3) Kitchen - remove existing kitchen cabinet, sink & tiles and replace with new ones.  ---rm5000
4) Living room polish floor (i think it's terrazo), install ac.  ---rm600
5) Replace all doors (1x main door, 3 x bedroom & 2 bathroom)  rm3000

Whole house - repainting, re-wiring, install lights, & do cornice--in living room and optional in 3 bedrooms (not plaster ceiling)  ---rm6000

Optional - replace windows and glass sliding door as well.  ---rm3000

Can fellow sifus kindly quote estimated cost for these works as I have pretty tight budget to work with.
Thank you so very much!

I just bought FOTILE HL2B Hob & Johnson Suisse from zheilwane.

i would say the overall rating is excellent.

Nice services either online or in shop + good explanation + low price.

Delivered to ur doorstep within a day...

what would customer expect some more if u can get low price of product with good service without run here and there. no need to waste time compare. i think no..(conservatively is hardly) lower price can find in the area.
