one of my RES turtle just died today huhu, I don't know why she won't eat and just sleep always... do you have any idea guys? I buy a male and female turtle at the same time and one of them(male) still alive and active.

RIP. Let's hope she's in a better place. I used to have RES too, 1 male 1 female, both very active and with me till 3 years (then got stolen).

The condition of your female turtle was like the condition of my Star before she passed away. She used to sleep all day except during feeding time. After feeding time, she'll go straight to sleep. And she used to eat so very little... Almost like didn't eat. According to the vet who attempted to treat my star, when you keep 2 TTT together, there's a hierarchy of sorts. The stronger one gets the better portion of food and the better basking spot, the better everything, sometimes leaving the weaker one deprived of the basic necessities it needs.
Also, its weak condition means that it has some sort of sickness. My star had an infection of some sort because the place we bought her from was not very clean. But the male star from the same place and bought at the same time is still ok lar.
My RES had deep swimming water space and a large basking rock where they can choose to bask any time of the day as long and often as they like without fighting. I tried basking them when the time suits me but they don't like it... So I moved their tank outside, and they became outdoor turtles but their health was superb and was more active than being indoors. Any sight of a person used to drive them into swimming frenzy. My family used to call them "hungry ghost".

Since they both ate like hungry ghost, neither one of them was deprived.

I used to watch over them eating to make sure of that. They can finish a lot of food in very little time...

I miss them a lot and hope they're ok, wherever they're stolen to.

I also wish you luck with your remaining RES.
