i somehow agree with kid.
if its normal dog or cat abuse, i think can report to SPCA rite?
but this is exotic pets and some illegal ones like star nowadays...
who to report? PERHILITAN? Ask them catch them for illegal keeping.
U cant charge them for bad keeping.... Can they be charge for bad keeping?

I think the answer to the above is NO to a certain extent !!!

As no / slow growth after a certain size !!

those ppl keeping them are damn idiots!
Really pissed off seeing them at such health....
Better just give to someone who wants to take care of them.
DAMN IT!
*
I think you should write as " who CAN take care of them properly " as the owner wants to take care but did the wrong things ie too many " good/ junk" food and thus the result !

I let leos graze on grass. I think rabbit pellet is not really good as they contain a lot of salt.

They wont grow that fast so do not worry.

ST need to exercise too, just let them graze on ur garden once a week would do. At the same time u can bask them under the sun also, which is good for them.
