it is suppose to effect everyone. if we keep buying, then the number will keep decrease. as long as the law is going strong, less ppl will get, demand lower, then seller will decrease the intake, which reduces the amount of tortoise or turtle taken from the wild.

how can u be sure its a CB. haha... thats the thing. as long as the law inforcer sees an illegal species, its illegal to them. everyone can say this is CB. =.= even snakes, ppl can say its CB, but some actually WC. dishonesty do happen a lot.
Added on May 21, 2008, 8:22 pmthats why they issue license to those ppl that applied with rightful breeding rights. and they can issue out license for keeping such pets.
