better go for 430ex or nissin if ur budget is tight...

how to tell its good or not?..hmm.. i think the E-TTL mode, cycle time, and the power of the flash....

580ex II have a fast cycle time compare to 430ex..
if not mistaken all the 5XXex series hv a commander mode which it can control other flash such as 480ex... in other word.. wireless control... so that u can play with CLS brows.gif

me still doesnt have flash yet, las two weeks suppose to get 580ex II, but the shopkeeper poison me with tamron 90mm macro, so bought the tamron at that time..

yup... i think u can set the aperture of the flash... i oso not sure...just use the ETTL mode only sweat.gif

2 weeks back it was 50mm f1.8 II

now it's 580EX II

so next would be something II as well? what's with the sequels. smile.gif

anyway i'm definitely not getting 580EX II cos it doesn't suit my style at the moment.
