Shall I recommend - PJ Development Holdings Bhd (1945)?

Dividend Yield >6%

http://www.bloomberg.com/quote/PJD:MK

Share Price/NTA = 40% (undervalued)

Land banks in books are at cost. If revalue it, NTA further boost higher.

No wonder going up since about 1-2 weeks ago. Anyway, I think most property stocks also do not revalue thier land banks.

A head-up for those wurnith FD in BR and the like. I don't quite understand the report and hope one with banking/financial knowledge can summarise the problem in 1 or 2 sentences for lay-person like me. Thanks. I now have 80% of my FD in BR. So, need to keep a close eye on this.

Read it twice and I still don't see the problem. Lending too much for personal finance and thus higher NPL (non performing loan) potential? The lenders are mainly govt servants and the NPL issue will only be a problem if the govt is in dire strait financially. So  ...?

Yes, that's why this year a lot companies giving out a lot of dividend to use up their accumulated tax credit...

The new dividend name is tax-exempt dividend only, but in fact is making you pay more tax!!! Argh..
