QUOTE(500Kmission @ Jan 11 2013, 12:18 AM) not bad each year give dividend > 10% from 2010 to 2012. but why the price drop instead of jump to sky in 3 months. got uchi too haha never sold any yet my opinion is that the price dun go up sky high yet because Uchi main market is europe... i guess, it will go double or 3x or 4x ( ) when its confirmed that Europe is out of the thrash

Shall I recommend - PJ Development Holdings Bhd (1945)? Dividend Yield >6% http://www.bloomberg.com/quote/PJD:MKShare Price/NTA = 40% (undervalued) Land banks in books are at cost. If revalue it, NTA further boost higher.

A head-up for those with FD in BR and the like. I don't quite understand the report and hope one with banking/financial knowledge can summarise the problem in 1 or 2 sentences for lay-person like me. Thanks. I now have 80% of my FD in BR. So, need to keep a close eye on this. Read it twice and I still don't see the problem. Lending too much for personal finance and thus higher NPL (non performing loan) potential? The lenders are mainly govt servants and the NPL issue will only be a problem if the govt is in dire strait financially. So ...? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2737232/+2420 see tikaram's posting

Then they can decide whether to continue their deposits there or not, if it is really that risky. Cheerio.
