QUOTE(CP88 @ Dec 24 2013, 05:22 PM) But you have a fantastic portfolio already. Need to accumulate more shares of each to build my portfolio...at this rate, dunno which to top up. APM | APOLLO | AXREIT | CSCENIC | DIGI | HUPSENG | IGBREIT | JTINTER | MAGNUM | MAYBANK | NESTLE | TIENWAH I think APM, IGBREIT, DIGI, MAYBANK are the first ones to top up |

Not sure if anyone mentioned this counter, ATRIUM 5130.
Financially doing very well, over the past 4 years, revenue's CAGR at 7.98% while net profit CAGR 41.46%. This means they are generating very high net profit margin over the past 4 years. Share price grew 113% since year 2009 (Highest among other 16 REIT counters), currently trading at P/E 6.60 times, hovers over the lower end of industry average at around 10-11 times. Since this is dividend topic, i won't go into details on their financials. I would like to mention that this counter had been paying dividends constantly for every quarter since year 2009. Gross Dividend per share; 2009 = 6.95 2010 = 8.60 2011 = 8.53 2012 = 8.80 2013 = 8.80 Gross Dividend Yield 2009 = 7.55% 2010 = 8.11% 2011 = 7.97% 2012 = 6.82% 2013 = 6.72% This post has been edited by Dreamer09: Dec 25 2013, 06:07 PM |

By the way good job your High dividend. Yes. My portfolio was affected. My unrealised capital gains dropped from around S$70k to S$40k now. But I am still holding on. I have faith in my strategy. Thanks for the compliment. |

QUOTE(Pink Spider @ Dec 27 2013, 09:25 AM) BJTOTOQUOTE BST shares came under some selling pressure when it cancelled plans to list its Malaysia NFO division in Singapore. Nonetheless, the stock is still a BUY, as its appealing 6.6-6.9% annual yield makes it the most attractive dividend play under our gaming coverage. Our DCF-based FV now stands at MYR4.46 (from MYR5.01) following a revision in ourearnings forecasts and WACC assumptions. http://klse.i3investor.com/servlets/ptres/20500.jspBut it's VT's company |
