pay by normal way? meaning all other credit card can be used at KFC as well or?
*
I used my MBB Visa to pay at KFC and definitely they accept other credit cards in addition to Mastercard Paypass under the conventioal swipe method.

Any fees or charges for Secure e-pay usage or registration?
*
Should be FOC. Other banks also doesn't impose any fee - HSBC and MBB for example.

I'm thinking of holding 2 cards and currently applying for HSBC CC and is there any other card to recommend?
*
What you intended to have with the new cards? Annual fee waiver?

Annual fee waiver doesn't matter for me as long as the card can provide the most privilege and I'm not talking about having platinum card in my wallet.  biggrin.gif
*
In term of privileges and merchants affiliation, Citibank and HSBC are the best. You're looking for gold card?

then get a Citibank choice card lol....

http://smartconsumerbanking.com/

got info about Shell Citibank.
*
I think Clear card is better. The design is semi-transparent and it's quite similar to CIMB DA.

The reason I don't want Citibank is hard to make payment.

The reason I want to cancel off my HSBC is because they're relocating their Bayan Baru branch.

The reason I applied for CIMB DA is free for life without condition.

The reason I'm still holding my MBB Visa is because I got an attached 0% EPP and it's easier to make payment using M2U.

too bad, they dun have Paypass o visa wave...
*
Agreed on that too.

Not many banks are promoting them. Mastercard Paypass is famous because of CIMB is actively advertising it. While Visa Wave is lesser popular to Mastercard Paypass and only MBB and UOB have it (according to my knowledge).

Heard it will be moved to Queensbay mall...

Not inside Queensbay Mall. Nearby Queensbay mall. My guess is those nearby shop lots.

Don't HSBC have other branches besides in Bayan Baru?
*
HSBC branches in Penang Island are very limited. The next branch should be in the town.

*
The receipt shouldn't show full details of your credit card number. Certain digits are usually masked.

yes. the CS is telling the truth.

my 1st time activation kena tipu by the CS...  sweat.gif

I'm just waiting for my PIN to arrive. Called CS yesterday to escalate on it. In that call, the CS told me that they yet generate the PIN and asked me when I submitted the application. WTH! I told her that I have ticked that portion during my form submission.

If I don't get my PIN by next week, I'll rage the CS again!

Higher chance that DA will approve if you attach a copy of degree certificate.

DA will approve as long as you got degree cert. For myself, DA is good to keep in the drawer for emergency. Reason is because CIMB EPP Installment scheme is easily available everywhere.
*
I thought MBB EPP is more widespread.
