Just saw 42" sony on LCD, looks better , plasma.. never see before.

once plama spoilt, it will have white dots on the screen, very ugly.. be aware of that if u plan to ge a plasma tv

Bro, do you need to use the TV feature? I mean, if you don't mind me suggesting, better for you to opt for a 22" or 24" LCD monitor which costs around the same or maybe less but bigger screen; some even has HD.

i saw the T Series at sony style in Time Square...not worth it...better have LCD monitor...

what do u guys think on samsung LA32A450 compared to aquos A33

LA32A450 = Nice cabinet design, decent picture quality, decent black levels but bad implementation of dynamic contrast ratio, horrible sound(not an issue if you plan on having a set of other speakers), slight bit of after-image.

LC32A33M = Decent cabinet design traditional Japanese-feel, good picture quality, decent black levels, decent sound, no after-image issues.

I'd suggest you take a look at a few othe models before making your choice.

Generally, the newer LC-32A37M is better in its picture scaling due to an update scaler and a better panel. However, strangely the speaker has been moved to the back so it won't sound nice if you have open air behind the TV. The sound levels will be low, no bass and the treble takes over entirely.

how abt the philip? rm1899 full HD?.. the design look real nice...

Technically LCD TV is best for games, and Plasma TV is best for movie. But hanya orang tua je layan plasma

why don't you juz angkat sammy A550/A650? I think the difference in price juz a few hundred ringgits. I also plan to buy one but don't know whether A550/A650.

I bought a Samsung FullHD 24" LCD monitor for my PS3 gaming sessions. Actually just bought it yday evening. Reached home, unboxed, tidy some stuff, did some cable management till late at night...

My question is: Anyone out there that knows how to fine tune the colour setting for the LCD monitor for PS3 gaming. Colour maximasation is what I seek for.

right now I am playing my PS3 games on a SD TV 29 inch
wanna get a better display for better game play experience
problem is I am looking for a HDTV that can double as a PC monitor and also a TV for my PS3... ( since I am really not a tech junkie, really duno the difference...) preferable if price range around 500 ringgit

would really appreciate help

I saw a LG 32" FullHD model in Legend a week back.
Model no was LG32**57 or something like tat...
Looked pretty promising mainly cos d price was below 2K

Any comments anyone?
