Well, the package arrived. But I'll never use Skynet again. It just seems like a lot of excuses for not doing what they take money to do

mine just happen yesterday, wait for 2 days my parcel show at CR2 attempted to deliver but haven't arrive, but after 2 days online check again shows delivered!!!!!!!
But I didn't get the parcel, my home always got people standby and the worst things is the signature is by my name and with a fake IC no.

any advise?

My parcel arrived at skynet on Monday 10/3, until now i not yet received it. call to skynet @ kajang office, they cut off my line x2, then call 3rd time, a malay lady pick up with just awake sound. ask her why keep on delay, she say too many things wanna deliver, not able to send today. ask me wait or i go there collect by myself. =.=

Hey guys im just wondering if skynet delivery-man(or whatever they call it) works on weekend cause i sent my parcel to skynet for them to deliver it to singapore on Fri 21March which is two days ago and i track my parcel to see if there's any progress , so far on that day itself the last update stated that it was arrived in MSIA Hub . So i felt abit relief . the next day wich was Saturday i tried to track again and its still in MSIA hub , so i thought okay nevermind maybe they dont work on weekend or something .. but im still curious afterall reading all the replies here makes me feel insecure with their service so i track again today and its still in Msia hub , so i really want to know do they work on weekend.. or is there something going wrong . And one more thing .. i forgot to write the country's name at the receiver address.. does this have to do with being stuck at the Msia Hub trying to figure out the place of the receiver..

Just bought a list of electronic from cytron. Cytron site state shipping method "let cytron choose for you(recommended)". Now item receive from skynet deliver plastic bag with receipt arrive only. Sienz.
rm150 gone. All stuff gone.

been reading this thread since last night.
wow..just wow.never thought they are that bad.
i just bought something yesterday and still waiting for the parcel.checked their tracking page this morning,status update is "Departed to KJG".
since this is my first time dealing with Skynet, i'm just affraid i wont get my parcel on time.i really need it by today as i wont be home from Saturday till Tuesday
let say if they f***ed me up,as in didnt call me,didnt even bother to ring my doorbell etc, can i go to their office today ? maybe at 6 or 7 pm?

I courier a letter on 4/4/2014 via skynet melaka, until nw still not in "tracking' system. wtf skynet!!!

Try calling them - probably they are lazy to update their tracking system.

They only couriered out on yesterday (8/4/2014). Actually i already called them few times, the reason staff gave me: no people go that area, need to wait. Nxt time if you urgent, then use other courier company".

The staff also complain to me their system sucks, told me if nxt time got urgent documents, please dun use skynet

Woah! Didnt expect such respond from them. I never had any problem with skynet before. So i think its depends on which branch - some branch are excellent with their service while some are not.
Usually people use Pos Express for sending document (besides its cheap) and it takes like 2-3 working days. But than again it depends on the branch.

yes, skynet services depend on the branch and "people" who manage it. haven't use them for a few years after i found out a new poslaju branch nearby my area.

I will use poslaju from now on....

first time i'm using skynet already got a bad experience from them. Check the tracker said my item was delivered when i still didn't receive my item. POD image also don't have any name or signature.

Call their customer service to check, she said the item still in their office, they will send by today. hopefully i'll get my item.
