As i know poslaju will deliver ur thing on next day..but skynet took 4 days to sent the thing from johor to klang..wth.moreover the thing spoiled.
For me poslaju looks better and the price bit cheap oso..

still wanting for my document delivery on 23th now 28th ....what the hell is going on with this stupid company

I really can.t stand up with this anymore ...this is my worst problem ever.....trying to call not a human being answer...shit.......couple of time recall back still those f***ers do bother to pick up....better go and die ...........frusted with this ....i/m sorry to used this bad sentence..

I've been waiting for my parcel since 4th.
It was already at Batu Caves branch on 4th and the delivery is to my office which is in Batu Caves as well...

Im really very frustrated... what takes them for more than 5 days to deliver my parcel? Everyday, the Skynet workers would promise me to deliver on that day, and till now, NOTHING.

If cannot call go to the nearest branch to inquire. However, I once went to a branch in Shah Alam and everyone there act so busy and said can't entertain me... Only when I told them the deliveryman actually called to make sure I was picking up the parcel myself, they searched around their messy office for my parcel. It was right on top of the front desk

Don't know where the big hub is, but yea you should call the one in Johor Bahru since it's sent there

Yesterday I was rush to skynet to post out something to my customer, they said if Im able to send it to skynet office before 6pm then it should reach at Melaka by today.
Then, Im able to send to their office at 5.40pm ... they promise can reach at Melaka today.

Today I call them asking why parcel not yet reach there, the rude Aishah (Melaka skynet staff) told me the despatch send at lunch hour. Then nobody there he send back the parcel to office.
How can they send it out at lunch hour expecting people wait them during lunch hour ?
Since nobody there, why not call ?
We got put the phone number there, they can call... they shouldn't send it out at this lunch hour , sure nobody receive what...

Talk to the aishah , ask her help to send out again, she said cannot, this is not her job scope..
can she ask the despatch send out again ? why he purposely want to send out at lunch hour?
if he is not purposely do so, he should call or wait till finish lunch hour what...
if again tomorrow he send out again on lunch time, how ya ?

Is anybody know who is the boss for skynet? how come his company hiring all useless staff here? I think he hire them at very low salary that's is why service sucks...temper not good, rude talking to customer... I said I will file a complaint on her as she talk very rude to me, she said" you nak complaint, complaint la..saya pun sudah nak resign...."

Skynet is seriously crap, don't bother with them.

My parcel arrived at their office on Monday and they came to my house, didn't ring the door bell and just leave the note and left. You think I'm psychic, know that you're outside? I called, ask why the delivery man didn't ring my door bell and they say 'Oh we'll tell him to next time.' Isn't this common sense? Ask them to redeliver, they promise me to deliver on Wednesday.

Wednesday, nothing came and I called again, the clerk keep transferring me to customer service and NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE and after a few minutes, the line keeps cutting off. Rise, repeat, this happens almost ten times before I got real fed up and ask the clerk why no one picks up the phone? She just say 'ya ka? Tak tahu.' like an idiot. I said you can't ask where my parcel is? She just keeps saying customer services duty, not hers. I was fed up by then and decided to call the next day. Next day I called customer service picks up the phone. I ask why promise redelivery but nothing? She promised me again that they'll deliver. I said skeptically your colleague said the same thing and she loudly scolded me and said that is her colleague's problem, she promised, she will deliver. I was sick of them by then and quit the line. Lo and behold, no delivery next day either.

Called, another case of customer service not picking up the phone and I was at the point of quitting from dealing with them, complained to the seller that why my parcel haven't arrived? Two days later Skynet called me, giving the stupidest excuse that my address was incomplete, so they can't find my place. How on earth you deliver the note in the first place if it was incomplete? Nonsensical excuse. I can't be bothered to argue with her, sms her my address and nothing again for two more days before a guy, obviously a sub in a regular bike came to deliver my parcel. So skynet can't afford to have their own workers anymore is it?

Worst delivery service ever. I never have so much problem with a domestic delivery in my life. Avoid them at all cost.
