I keep calling their Sg Besi branch, all I get is a voice message. One time, a malay lady picked up and she slammed the phone down!

WTF!

SKYNET services really sucks. My gf just brought something from oversea and the sender using skynet to delivery. On Friday, Skynet delivery the parcel to her house but no people at home. They left the parcel inside the front gate because when my gf back home and saw the parcel is there but what shock us is no people sign on the consignment and they left the parcel there.

Below is the question I email them but still no receive any reply.
Question 1 - As a express delivery company, aren't they require receiver to sign on the consignment?
Question 2 - If raining on that day, who will going to responsible on the parcel?
Question 3 - If outsider saw the parcel and steal it, who will going to take the responsible and the value inside the parcel is not so cheap ?
Question 4 - As a express delivery company, if there is no one home, aren't there going to left a note to collect later or call the receiver?

I email my complain to them already but still no reply. Wondering how long to wait for their explanation.

I am another victim of jackass service from SKYNET.
SLOW AND IRRESPONSIBLE.
Tracking system shown that they are unable to deliver the item because my office is closed.
HELL NO. MY COMPANY IS OPEN 24HOURS DAILY!
Called cs and told me another lie saying my area they only deliver for mon wed and fri.

Oredi lodged a complain to NCCC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Skynet covering my area very good one
they even call me when they can't deliver the item

Does that mean they came but no one received? I was in office all day yesterday and there are 20+ ppl who can receive items on my behalf. Will they deliver again??

I saw this thread long time ago... And i thought i was lucky.. Unless i fall into this same shit service by SkyNet...

been send items to current address for few times by other couriers smoothly.
first time using skynet they categorized my area under ODA.....

Bought a 50" Led TV from Lazada and they used Skynet for shipping. Only this morning I found out my item have been mis-send to Sibu, Sarawak. My address is in Sabah. WTF....such a big item and they still manage to send to other state by mistake !

wtf this skynet is really shitty. its been 2 days and they still havent deliver my item
everytime out for delivery but never arrive. really bad service. i would say even pos laju is way better than skynet

Huh... I send an item on 28/1 and until today they didn't deliver due to various bullshit reasons: driver can't find address (it's a big building, not a shop house), driver forgot to pick up a few parcels next to the door, not enough drivers and the most idiotic excuse is your client office can't accept large parcel (bigger parcels was sent using other courier services and this one is just the size of a big dictionary!). Going to file complaint to SKMM now.

boy, this company service is slow and heck, couldnt get any one on customer service to pick up the phone

plenty of local service are like that not to mentioned skynet only, abx also the same. unless u pay premium for DHL. sad but true.

Not true la, my delivery so far with Poslaju is NOT top of the mountain quality, but not as bad as Skynet. Poslaju, check and they know where things are. I called up Skynet, friend send from Kelantan, tracking number cannot find. HQ say not their fault, check with branch, cause branch never submit yet. Ask my seller check with branch, branch say already submitted, it is HQ that never update system. Call HQ again, HQ say, must be the branch, if branch submitted, tracking SURE come up. I say yes but branch tell me YOU never update. HQ say, best thing is YOU check and follow up with branch. What the fucking fuck. The most pure perfect ball throwing respond ever.
