maybe can drop multi to 5, try to push the HTT kaw kaw,
see how far it can go 

my proc is currently running at 2.5ghz. if i enable C&Q, would it make it unstable??

asus m3a looks lauya ler, cheap caps summore, not even solid caps for cpu. at rm380... it's kinda expensive for a brown motherboard

anyone can give proof the relation between temp n oc?? still wondering till now.. mean if u cant pass 3.5, it is because it edi achieve the high temp eventhough u didnt set anything at bios...

Additionally, we also tested maximum bootable HTT via the BIOS. First, we managed to get pass 400HTT at x6 CPU and x2 multiplier but we believe board has more to offer. To our surprised, we managed to boot from BIOS at 440HTT. No, that was not a typo and we are serious that this board booted at 440HTT. It was also done easily without increasing chipset or HTT voltage. However, we had to run the CPU at x4 and HTT at x1 multiplier to get such amazing overclocks. Although 440HTT was impressive, we wanted more and tried using ClockGen in Windows but failed to get pass 440HTT, even with raised chipset and HTT voltages. So, we guess we finally hit the ceiling at 440HTT.

this is just to tried tachlio setting which use the 9x multiplier...
I do believe this board got more to offer also

temp does affect the oc..
i have expierience with that.
With air cooling, vcore 1.61v , clock speed 3.7GHz and temperature 60C
Failed to boot into windows

With Iced water cooling, it works (exactly same settings, temp 17C)
After the ice melted , temp raise a bit to 30C,
same thing happen again, fail to boot into windows though the temp is only 30C 

i think if we lower the mutiple v can get higher HTT
