i've been purchasing from PA since 1 year ago and non of my free shipping parcel got lost in action. Patient is greatly needed. Its just a matter of time. Else, choose Fedex/UPS. That's my point of view.

my first order havent arrived yet, and i chose air economy bubble mail <---making mental note, dont ever used free air mail next time..... better use fed-ex...overall three orders, two i order later, those two arrived before than the first order do wet get any compensation if the package is indeed "missing"?

First, you should check stock status. But if after a month after shipping date, still havent arrived, then something is wrong... you can email P-A about it. It's insured. Dont Worry !

for those who want to place order from PA ... expensive items better use FedEx ... cheap items prefer to use UPS/FedEx as well ... if you still choose free shipping, your luck is in kustom's hand ... you make your choice

hi i was thinking of purchasing a ps3 Fighting Stick. But for stuff in tat size would it end up being taken by Kastam?

i used fedex when i bought from PA.....cos u need to use courier service...too big.......

rm100 and below no prob using free shipping. but anything above rm200 better use fedex.
