where to retrieve the pin, 6 pin or 4 pin?

Mon - order via app
Wed - status changed to "In Transit"
Thu - received card before noon, maildrop from citylink. delivery guy called me before dropping the card.

from registration until activation, everything done in-app. super good experience

in-app setting - 6 digit PIN.

But must keep the CVV somewhere secure cos u will need it for online transaction.

for online transaction, there is still another layer where OTP is required.
I'm more concern if the card is lost or fell into the wrong hand.

If that happens who ever got hold of it without CVV n your mobile can't use at all. So better to erase off all CVV
.

is it convenience to use?

add credit card in app, immediately top up the exactly amount i want to spend and fully utilized it?

you mean, if someone found my card in foreign country that doesn't require PIN, using the the physical card to insert into card machine, whether or not the CVV is there or not, doesn't make any difference right.

if you were referring to online transaction, then the concept applies to all credit cards and debit cards as well, not just this BigPay card.

But BigPay do a good security is that you can freeze ur card online. Once u notice you lost ur card then straight away freeze the card. And the transaction is show in live time as well in the app

Those who have active old BIG mastercard prepaid card, can stil apply this BigPay card? both cards are valid to waive processing fee at airasia website?

Debit card amount is deducted realtime.

Can have both card types and both can waive the AA processing fee. But I've cancelled my Big Mastercard, coz there's monthly maintenance charge if no transaction in that particular month.

mine got monthly RM2.50, meaning mine isnt the latest BigPay Card...hmm, anydifferent in enjoying the CB and getting point when reload/use?

the monthly maintenance fees isnt my concern since i'm using it at least once a month for shopee.

by the way, if i already have Big Prepaid Master Card, can i apply also BigPay card?
As it seem i not able to login the Apps using the mobile number i registered with Big Prepaid Master Card.

i have both. no issue.

no conflict of information of BigPoint when we use 2 different cards ? the system captured everything?

Ever compare the different in benefits and exchange rate?

Just got a pop up notification in BigPrepaid official Page.
Guess BigPay will be main product to run the fintech.
