Anyone encounter with retail shops refuse to swipe this BP card?

They reject the card by saying this a not a card from a bank and asking another card which is from a BANK...

One of a reputable Chinese medical and health retails.
The most funny thing is that I did used this card to purchase last month in the same shop. 
Furthermore they said their company policy that only received card issued by a bank.
So I had no choice since they refuse to swipe my BP, I took out my Maybank card to pay..

Just got the cash back from last month Bigpay reload credit into the SC rewards and i faster transfer to credit card~ This month will get full use of both CB and JOP~

My friend apply BigPay end May, finally receive his card last week after recard.. first one gone missing.. 2nd Card only receive last week after several follow up.

When activate his card, only have RM20 balance without the RM10 referral rewards. I check my referral, also didn’t get any n notice it still show pending activation for my referral despite he has already activated it..

A bad experience to him with several follow up, ended up still need to call to get back the referral rewards.. yet, not easy to call even during office hour.. he almost want to throw away the card d..

Make me feel guilty to ask him to apply this card.. he said he very regret to apply this card.. somemore need to wait like ages to get card with several follow ups yet still have problem

May i know the snap IC, can we cross the IC to prevent misuse?

Made a payment for grab for rm200 at 9 pm. Still not reflected in BigPay. Anyone else encountered this ?

Try and let us know, but I can't remember if  applicant can select image from file to submit.
How is the update? Hmm...Sometimes it does not updated immediately by itself, but usually update immediate after we logon to Apps (I assume this because I only saw the push notifications on recent transaction when I open the Apps few times)
This is really unpleasant to new applicant also on existing user like me keep telling other how good is BigPay (and now I have to put in the "BUT" statement to end the promoting). Hopefully these issues quickly resolved and get improved, don't make users become until reluctant to promo although there is RM10 reward.

Did you cross a corner and write for bigpay use only?

or

Cross over the middle diagonally and write for bigpay use only.

Or.. just a cross without any writing.

I submitted the first time with crossed IC.
It got rejected and I had to resubmit a clean one.

I crossed and it was accepted.

I crossed it when I applied mine.. i snap my ic, edit using app to add text n I even put at the middle, btw ic no. n address part, as long as u don block any details.. then will be ok..

Big pay can reload into sc rewards?

Or you mean reload big pay with sc jop n cb plat credit card?
