Just wondering how long on average do you guys get your card after verification approval? Mines been longer than a week already seems like some issues with Citylink.

Jonathan has been helping me to follow up (somehow BP email is useless too sweat.gif)

about 2-3 days, for mine and few of my friends. all in KV area. no issue from citylink.

Did you all got Big points topping with HLB this morning? Seems like the system up again but I can't see the top up points…

Usually top up came out very fast, but this morning the Big points got error, till now I didn't see any points awarded…

anyone can let me know what is the maximum ONE time cash withdrawal from BigPay card and which ATM machine i need to go to do that?

A5 : Maximum withdrawal via ATM is RM10,000. To be confirmed as some member mentioned some ATM allowed RM3,000 (CIMB) and RM5,000 only.

just want to know which ATM can allow RM5000 or got better one?

so far i went HLB can get RM4k one shot.
The most i can get RM5k one shot is at Genting, long time ago in the casino.
