as long as got actual spending using bigpay card instead of just using it to withdraw or transfer money, then wont be ban or consider abuse bigpay

1st delivery is more than 2 weeks which is so coincidence fall during puasa and raya week. so i assume delayed due to this festive season. 2nd delivery, already more than a week still didn't arrive. so... whistling.gif btw, i'm in klang valley too sweat.gif bp fb and email also useless. called cs also useless. all they can check is telling that document arrived as citylink there stated "delivered"! will give them another 1 more week. if the card still haven't arrived, plan to cancel and get refund instead. their service really lousy doh.gif

not necessary, some buyer waiting for this moment when they are moving house etc to buy new home appliance which cost more than 10k per transaction.

Hong Leong ATM with CDM & ATM at Setia Alam can’t withdraw even RM3000.
It say ATM Limit error code

same happen to me, the atm limit is 2k
u may go try mbb limit is 3k if that atm can dispense rm100 note
