You are referring to BigPay or BigPrepaid?
If BigPrepaid, should be.

all the foreign currency transaction only got 1 point for RM20, not RM2 as per the email shown.

I already 1-by-1 transaction for the U Yolo due to get CB.

Assume based on IC name is Ali Bin Abu Bakar, but Preferred name is Ali Abu.
Then the Card Holder Name put same as based on IC name or Preferred Name?

This is because Bigpay card does not have any card name at there.

they ask for Card Holder Name, not nick name / preferred name.

Has anyone actually confirm with HLB regarding reloading Bigpay qualifies for the 7% CB?

it only starts on tomorrow and no one knows if HLB will categorize BP as online transation in this promotion... how to tell.

RM2 = 1 point when overseas was for BIG Prepaid.

BigPay is different than BIG Prepaid. BigPay gives BIG points on every transaction, local or abroad. BIG Prepaid used to give BIG points ONLY on overseas transactions. With BigPay, it's the same ratio everywhere: spend RM20 = receive 1 point. If you look at the bigger picture, most people would be able to earn a lot more BIG points like this! Can't even remember the last time I was abroad
