I have not even receive the new Mastercard yet. Called them early this year and now it's May ady no sign of the card at all. Have about RM50+ bucks inside, kinda lazy to call them. No point getting the card as there is no diff using other credit card.

U can write a formal email to them and cc to bank negara ( bnmtelelink@bnm.gov.my ).

Tell them if no immediate action taken, u will complaint to bank negara

I do not think is normal. That why I asking what reason given.

I finally get fedup of waiting for my refund and shoot them an email cc to bnmtelelink@bnm.gov.my. Here's what I wrote -

It's been nearly 5 mths (about 90 working days) since your last email to me regarding refund and which you mention will take up to 30 working days.

Reminders to you were being ignored.

Please look in to this matter urgently.

i also did not receive the refunds.
however, before terminating my card, i made sure that my account remains only rm10 (the minimum amount to have in debit card).
worrying they will delay the refunds, so i take this precaution.
i have emailed them many times on my refunds but they always delay it.

If you want to control your spending then go for Debit card ..... you could never spend more than what you have in your account

very easy to terminate it. Just click report lost and the card will be deactivated. That's how I terminated my BIG prepaid mastercard. Later I applied for AirAsia Ezypay

Report lost card is no same as termniate the card. No sure it will send a replacement card to u and charge u for replacement card.

Which AirAsia Ezpay, passport Ezpay or virtual Ezpay? U terminate the BIG prepaid due to no receive the card?

I got the Airasia ezpay passport mastercard. They didn't send me any replacement card

u can reload this card by using other bank credit card. the transition is tune money under mobile mcc code.

u can swipe the other credit card money to this ezypay card as there is any limit promo.

now I use my scb gold card to reload rm1500 to this card to get rm50 every month. then the money reload to this card can be used to buy my airasia ticket (no processing fee) and my insurance premium as well.

may be got other promo like swipe rm888 to get rm88, u can swipe the money to airasia ezycard first at 12.10am as the new cycle start if the mobile catergory and online category is not excluded for promo.

I have used this method on aeon promo swipe rm2500 to get rm150. I hope I can get rm150 in next two month. it is better than posonline since no 2 percent charge so far and I heard from cs, rm2 will be charged for every reload.

like that i can use this card to book hotel and dont bother if i decide not to use the hotel room, since no $ in the card the booking website cannot charge me.

so far to not be charged the RM2.50 per month, im paying RM 5 (min amt) to celcom postpaid once per month. anyway to pay even cheaper just to use the card once per month?

Before that, only can be reload by bank transfer. Now there is a credit card option in reload portal. Yup reload through website. No info about the reload using credit card. But u can do it.

I applied it after seeing your previous thread, and completed the 1st deposit with card. Now waiting for the card's arrival.
