anyone try cancel this card & get the refund?
It seem they not doing what they promise!!!
I request for cancellation of card at 6 March. They promise me cheque will send to my address after 30 working days. Today I ask why I still not yet get the cheque.
They say need check with Finance Department, and will call back to me.
but never get back to me in the end.
I have try called 3 times today, all never call back.

Their service is bad and totally no acceptable.

You may send email to them to make a complaint and consider to cc to bank negara if need to .

i would like to apply my own prepaid credit card for my company. just like tune money. How should i applied for it? By chance, i gt to know someone from maybank. From the card department. By word he mentioned prepaid credit card is not impossible but i need to present, how is it beneficial to maybank. can anyone help me on how should i apply it and also how can i provide benefits to the bank by them giving me the co branded prepaid credit card. and the prepaid card is for a payment option for a yet to launch project.

yes. locally issued only but i dah pakai kat oversea okay saja.

but sometimes my BIG mastercard got declined as well. cant pay unifi bill via TM website online, declined also at digi kiosk machine. anyone experience it also?

Useless card. Pump petrol will charge U RM200 and only few days later they reversed it out. They never bothered to rectify this bug cos I tried again 1 mth later, then another mth later, this bug still not rectified. Emailed them to cancel my card and they said wait 30 working days so I stopped using the card but later found out was charged RM2.50 cos card not active for 1 mth.

dont la swipe your card at the pump machine of coz whicever amount u pump it will float rm200 first liek any other cc what. go inside inside counter and swipe accordingly the amount u want.

Any other CC will not do such silly thing... I've swiped using UOB, RHB and other CC - no problem. I've also seen countless people swipe thier CC at the pump.

then you see the cc statement, normally they'll charge RM200 (floating) then a day later they will return back rm200 and charge only the amount you pump in the gas station. or else exercise a bit go to the counter and ask them directly to charge what amount u wish.
