Thinking of getting one . . . so got some faq

1. Reload must be by CIMB counter and not from cash deposit machine ?

2. The card can be use in all VISA outlets ?

Pros :

Paypal
Limited to cash in account
Use at all Visa outlet ?

Cons :

Slow transfer/processing (the worst is 1 week)
Bad customer service (if anything goes wrong)
Online statement sometimes down
Extra charges (a few bucks there and here)
Unfavorable exchange rates
