WHY my refunnd still hang & not in process?? I only can tolerante until next year JAN, at that time i will not stay at my own place and the report will not be withdrawn. Dnt blame me if this happen, as it already one year pass..

Remember a few things. Those of u that didn't receieve ur money but signed a waver to withdraw n lodge another police report will have troubles with his lawyer. N those that retracted their reports will have soured the police in their area on this case if u all decide to continue it again.

Update:

Keat (SB) called me up just now in the evening, telling me that he's still waiting for the bank loan approval. Set limit time frame for bank approval by law would be three months, if fail to do so, compensate will be issued to SB. So far, 1 month had passed and there's two months left. Just hope that bank approval can be fasten and we all can get our refund back.

received sb call... hmm.. he said refinancing not done yet... need approx another month or so... oh well..

owh... come on!!!
before this, he said that in april... now, he said give trial time another 1 month, im afraid next month, more story will come...

ya,im beginning to be curious too swt...

Hmm i receive my payment RM800 before chinese new year. And he ask me to sign an agreement to pull back all police report. But i do ask him to make changes to the agreement as the total amount that he own me is RM1.6k.

So in the agreement he added that, after CNY 1 month time he will refund another RM800 to me.

Till now i have not receive my cash...as i know he trying to refinance.

He did call me yesterday...told me the refund process might take longer then expected...which i not surprise...at all. About 2 months from now...

So guys...be prepare again..this might get ugly

yea me too.. i sent an email to SB only.. but my name is not in the list.. cz my refund very small oni.. RM50.. lol... he owes me the R4 card.. he said wanted to give back RM50 but that day COD with him the NDSL he said got no change or smtg cant remember.. so yea dats it.. RM50 is my refund.. i know its super small compared to most of u.. sry..

Just received a call from SB..and was asked to mail him the details.
In the transition of receiving my refund...just an update...

i din even get a call from SB.
