eitherway, once you received your money, I was hoping that you guys would give some acknowledgement that you have received it. I don't know who have received or not because I am not the one who receive the money from SB. The refunds goes with SB <--> buyers

Well, if you feel insecure, or troublesome, if you're living nearby to him, maybe you can plan a meetup with him(like th e earlier refund, where 1 group of people meet him, and hand him the form and received money on the spot). That agreement is to say that the refund have been done and no pursue of anything after that. My best advise is if you can settle with him on the spot(meetup, it is much better).

stevanistelrooy ，can you inform strongbaby to speed up his progress.. coz i receive call from Sarjan Ting from sibu sarawak here whether or nt want to withdraw with him? If he is still pending on his paying debts progress, i afraid the sarjan will take action on him soon. I just dnt want anything happens again, it is long and long time involve into a big problem of dealing with him again. I am tired of it. Just inform him i will withdrawn the case anyway, just wish he will pay me back Rm520 faster. I cant guarantee anything that Sarjan will do, let see what can you do, thx

You guys have the resolve of air. Maybe after 10000 yrs the mountain erode a bit.

well.. i think strongbaby's situation is tight.

Example:
100 people asking for refund.
strong baby refunded 10 people.
90 people cries and giving the pressure.
strong baby refunded another 10 people.
80 cries that it's taking too long. and tired of waiting.
strong baby refunded another 10 people again.
70 cries and wanted to files a report to police.
and bla bla bla. well.. you knows the future is getting ugly unless all refund is clear.

i'm kinda pity on strongbaby for the pressure of wanted to refund. no wonder his msn says "Printing Money", just hope you guys give some pressures, but don't push him off the edge.

wait patiently, you still have a chance to get your money back, i know it takes time. but you push him too hard, he just disappear and run away, or stop refunding and go to jail. you get nothing for that. atleast we now know he's trying his best to refund all the buyers.

well. i'm not sure about it thou, everyone need to earn money by doing business, working, etc.
probably he's just a middle man between supplier and buyers. something like we buyers bankin our money to him, and he buy straight from suppliers(so it's cheaper, if it with company to company and from company to shop thus making price higher because everyone needs to sell at a higher price for profits)

this could get a person to earn alot if he's having good resource and as well as reputation. because all people from around the malaysia rather buy for a cheap price than those over price product in their area.

but there's a dangerous consequences, something like, you get money from 10 persons, each person ordering PSP RM750 price for example. RM7,500. order from suppliers and give the money to suppliers.

2 days supplier gone and lost contact. you have to take full responsibility of the incident and refund all buyers.

maybe something sorta like this incident happen on him.

Or he's just another con artist that has fail, and leaked information to public and forced to refund or went to jail.

well.. we just don't know anything about it. it's just what i`m just thinking

If he got conned by his supplier, why he didn't reveal his supplier name?

To me SB is a con man, and will burn in hell for what he did.

Contacted him on Wed (21) and he said before end of this month.
Next week will be the ultimatum. Everyone is hoping something out of it, including myself(dispute ends once and forever). At the meantime, I'll be contacting you guys over the weekend for some information for those dispute that have not been resolved. For those who expecting doomsday, you may proceed to the private forum, to discuss on further action.

i know u're not a con man since u start to refund, sometimes we can be damn bad luck which i experienced it before.
if you supplier run away u can always let all the lowyat member know and u can refund them slowly.

dont push him too hard, he's in trouble. he wont run away with your money but he just need time to do it.
it might be few hundred bucks which is small amount for u but for him is like few hundred bucks X 100 people.
so he need time to refund everyone of u guys.

ive contacted him last week Fri. He told me latest end of this month which is this week! Im hoping for the best or not i guess there will be more reports to be lodged...

I also hope that he can keep his promise to refund at the end of this month which is @ this week.. ganbate strongbaby.. u can do it..
