The refinancing money will come in early April (their lawyer updated them end of February) because of "some issue" left according to SB. This is what I can update you guys.

Meanwhile, refunding is still being processed. Until the large amount of money kicks in, it's going to be a slow refunding process. Bear a little while more, and see how.

Fellas. This is just WRONG. We need to unite already and get this fixed right away. He claims to be getting a loan from the bank. Will it work out?

When you loan money, doesn't the bank need to know what you'll be using the money for? Would the bank like to be owed in return? Does he have any businesses or a stable income? Wait a minute, if he were really cheated, he would be explaining to us here that he's WORKING what and how to get our money back. Nope, "lazy to explain". And Wait!, this guy isn't stupid.. He isn't going to LOL lose RM200,000 to a person he don't know. But I was stupid enough to make deals over 10K. While saying i'm not alone doesn't console me a little bit, there's others involved of high amounts. We should work together and get this fixed.

He's definitely using our money. The pattern is simple, he buys trust and time. He has his ways.

Clever man he is. I'm very impressed of one without ANY ethics at all. Plenty of sarcasm though. If the money is used for some medical fee which he can't afford. I really wouldn't feel too bad. Maybe for his daughter or something. But if not.. some kind of daughter he would bring up 1 day.

When the new money kicks in this early April, I should be able to get my refund.

Besides, my name is one of the few on top of the refund list. I don't know why and how others below me have got it first, but I tried hard not to hold a grudge about it.

However, I really feel that I've waited long enough, and it's time Strongbaby carry out proper justification for me.

biatche, I understand your situation. But problem was, most of you kept quiet, until Ranger Red took initiative to start the dispute thread. Problems could have change a little if you guys come up and speak out it early. Look at THT for example, I don't need to speak more on it.

Also, right now, he is "trying to get refinancing" which will come on early April as I mention here earlier. Let see if he fulfill his promise. I will try and call him in another few days(quite busy lately with my assignment+midterm). If he doesn't, then it is up to you guys to do whatever you guys want.

As I told you in earlier chat with you that day(in MSN) , my main intention was to help majority if possible to get back their money. It's not your money at stake as well. THT, (I'm not sure how much left) but, his amount is more or less like yours. If he have the initiative to try and refund back, why not give it a try, rather than all return empty handed.

as for syin, just wait for the time. Few more days. Let us see how by then.
