let's say u fill up the form now, scan it, then email it back to them, usually they will reply ur email tomorrow or day after tomorrow, telling u that they have received ur request, and it will take them around 3-4 days to process. after they obtained your parcel from customs, they will call u, telling u the tax and gst needed to be paid, together with the fees. then they will deliver the parcel to your nearest pos office. u will have to collect the parcel from there. my guess is maybe around end of next week?
I faxed and emailed them. I'm surprised they replied to my email like 5 minutes after I sent it
I left them a note saying that my package is labeled as GIFT, and have no Invoice to attach, so they asked me for contents inside the package, quantity and approximate value for each item.
"Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your email. In case you do not have any invoice for the item, you can provide us detail list of content, quantity and the price so that we can forward it to customs for further assessment. Without the information, we are unable to submit it to customs for declaration.
Thank you and warm regards"
I hope everything goes smooth even I have to pay taxes. Will update when they are going to call me or etc.
Update30 Nov : Received call from Pos around 4pm. They said total tax I need to pay is RM210
