I bought things from taobao. My supplier use dpe express to ship my parcel to malaysia. When i trace at dpe website it state that my item has arrived at kuala lumpur on 15/3/17 and it was hold by custom due to pending duty & tax payment. May I know how can i settle this problem? Which contact number i need to call? Fyi until today custom did not call me or send slip to inform my parcel kena tax. So how can i get my parcel asap? Please help. Thanks
