My company, a big contractor for O&G. Even with the oil price hit, we are still paying bonus. Bonus for 2015 Below Average - 1 month Average - 2 months bonus Above Average - 2.5 months - 3.5 months Top Performers - 4 months (support) - 6 months (technical) DAPMPBAMCAuto liked this post

is it true that most company don't pay bonus this year? or particularly in the Retail Industry?
Any one got their bonus these few weeks, and info to share on this year Bonus payout? The company I worked in, a retailer, is almost maintaining last year sales prior to GST, but company dont pay bonus, only increment of about 5%... is it reasonable? Hope this thread is active again.... |

Some companies will announce in February but the payout shld be in March.

Worst year ever, gv one month oni, but our company no aws, so i consider tis as aws 1momth, bonus 0

Nothing is as worst as 1 month bonus for top performer every year. Average performer gets only half month bonus. Bonus payout is divided in alternate months x 3
