I work in some bank in KL Sentral, in fact I'm in charge of the bonus and we share info amongst each other ... there is a difference between getting 6 mths and having the entire bank averaging 6 mths..

Haha true...mostly average people got 6 months..but for high performer..can go up to 9 months...but for next financial year...we r gonna get less...

ok d...alliance bank average bonus 2 months only and increment less than 5%...

Annual Appraisal for huge company already started earlier in August, the appraiser already leaked the info from the management to the appraisee during the process.
