My company, an mnc, already 3 years no bonus.

Wokkay here's mine.
With good Kpi - 1 month bonus per year
With below average kpi - 1/2 month bonus per year

The bonus will be splitted to 4 times in alternate months. For example, rm1500 bonus. 1st rm375 paid in Jan, 2nd in March, 3rd in May and 4th in July.

Advise ?

Upon reading this thread, it feels like there are quite a number of good companies out there are paying hefty, or at least decent amount of bonuses.

Yes that is to avoid staff from resigning after getting bonus if in one shot. Too calculative.

Is it a fact and truth that 3PL companies don't give good bonus, and most of the time, no bonus at all?

Big 4 audit firm usually gives out 1-2 months bonus, depending on which department you are in( advisory or audit)

Some companies hit by oil downturn, so most Oil and Gas companies no bonus for 2014.

Currently working in a MNC, food manufacturing.
1 month contractual and 1 month performance based bonus.
Generally there will be 2 months.
