My company's managers kept saying to "wait for bonus before leaving" to some of my batchmates who wanted to leave already. But from the looks of things I guess its not much tbh. Not even sure if we will get 13 months bonus

Company: SME (about 10 - 12 staff + 2 bosses) Industry: Training Bonus for FY2020: About 2 months (split into 8 instalments) Bonus for FY2021: About 3 months (split into 8 instalments) Bonus for FY2022: 3.5 months The payment was split into 7 instalments. The first instalment got about 28% of the total. Employees are only entitled to the bonus it as long as no resignation notice is given.
