US software company. Bonus nominally at 20% annual income, but depends on individual and company performance as well. Last financial year, averaged about 2 months.

Lets get the ball rolling again.
Just for fun maybe, cause so many different factors determine someone's bonus...haha

Rated Outstanding from 5 level of rating; Unsatisfactory, Satisfactory, Strong, Outstanding.

My company's managers kept saying to "wait for bonus before leaving" to some of my batchmates who wanted to leave already. But from the looks of things I guess its not much tbh. Not even sure if we will get 13 months bonus

13th month bonus is part of the contract.. if it is there the company will usually pay you

Lucky you. My last few jobs never gave 13mth month bonus or bonus in general. Just this company I joined only do they give bonus. It's better than nothing, I know. Best not to complain lol

Yes its considered good to get 13 month bonus..
If you apply new job, need to calculate that into your basic salary, as it is an entitlement to you

Company: SME (about 10 - 12 staff + 2 bosses)
Industry: Training
Bonus for FY2020: About 2 months (split into 8 instalments)
Bonus for FY2021: About 3 months (split into 8 instalments)

Bonus for FY2022: 3.5 months
The payment was split into 7 instalments. The first instalment got about 28% of the total. Employees are only entitled to the bonus it as long as no resignation notice is given. I received the first payment in Dec 2022 and resigned right after.
