Wokkay here's mine. With good Kpi - 1 month bonus per year With below average kpi - 1/2 month bonus per year
The bonus will be splitted to 4 times in alternate months. For example, rm1500 bonus. 1st rm375 paid in Jan, 2nd in March, 3rd in May and 4th in July.
Advise ?

Nothing is as worst as 1 month bonus for top performer every year. Average performer gets only half month bonus. Bonus payout is divided in alternate months x 3
