is it true that most company don't pay bonus this year? or particularly in the Retail Industry?

Any one got their bonus these few weeks, and info to share on this year Bonus payout?

The company I worked in, a retailer, is almost maintaining last year sales prior to GST, but company dont pay bonus, only increment of about 5%... is it reasonable?

Thats good for you! your performance shall be very good. As from my other friend in Retail line, mostly I heard no bonus, or cut bonus.

anyone else who got their bonus this year, or have more info for bonus in the industry to share? seems like this thread is quite this year... some how...
