Then you should not make this sacarstic approach to the forumer who shared Bank Rakyat's bonus cos not everyone has RM10K bonus especially those in lower level, and it's not wrong for people to aim to work for company who can offer 12 months bonuses.

Dont look down on the banker's salary. I got 2 friends who work in XXXX bank, one is paid RM 16k and above and now had seconded/transferred to Dubai and earning USD without tax and when return home, can be an instant millionaire (and i guess already a millionaire by now) and another having a salary of 13k and on and off he will be seconded to overseas assignment and earning lots more than his normal salary. So, you can measure how heavy is their bonuses and their bonuses can straight away buy a new car.

Debbie, nope, i in a wrong industry.....that's why i no bonus...

In my first 5 years career, i only received total 3 months in bonus. Can imagine or not.....

So which industry you are in now that offers you salary equally as 6 months of other people's bonus?

Haha....my line is difficult line of job.....sometimes no day no night one especially when travelling into those remote area. My colleagues 99% are men. When want to see SYT, only can go out during lunch time.

Difficult line of job pays higher salary, fair enough.

that's corporate title, but getting so high salary and yet not doing VP or FVP level of stuff? makan gaji buta lah? which bank? i want to makan gaji buta also. lol

U ask the bankers and they will be able to tell you their VP title. Salary wise is pretty decent but it is not like the 2nd highest post in the bank.
