Education Level: Diploma in Graphic Design
Location: KL
Experience before joining : Internship 3 months
Salary : RM1,500 basic + RM200 allowance (salary will be revised after 1 month+. brows.gif )
Benefit: Medical, Parking (Parking in KL is insanely expensive), Free expensive makan & drinks by boss, able to meet a lot of Malaysia and also Asia celebrities, and media & press. It's a good time for me to build network. AL will only be given after probation.

how do u find this company? seems that they give quite a good pay and benefits. kinda interested but then will be based at Pasir Gudang. that's the only draw back for me.

Thanks for the reply. Hmmm....if they are the same as gov/union.......means will have facility in borrowing house like only 4% of interest from borrowing .....i heard they are under NGO.

Go for call center or telemarketing for better pay.

you should look at the career advancement and bonuses/environment. If you could find them there...why not, you have nothing to lose, MSIG is a good reputation company and next time if you intend to move to other company, it will be more convincing. At the same time, if there is only few hundred difference, working with a more stable company is always the better choice especially when times are bad now.
