I would suggest young engineers out there to try their best to get into oil and gas company. Like me, you can start from small companies. As long as you are in the industry, you will be able to get the job in bigger companies when you have the experience

As for female, if you dont like engineering, go for medical companies selling medical equipments or even pharmaceutical drugs aka medicine. Good prospects for female

I am not trying to show off or anything but trying to advise the young generation on how to choose their career path.

im totolly agree with u bro...guy out there...join O & G or good prospect....ladies also can try...good luck...

just be patient to stay at the company that you are in..although i do agree it could be easier to find a job with high salary but hard to find a company that you feel comfortable working in...if you can get both situation, it will be perfect...

For those young ones, you shud work really hard at what you are doing..work harder than the senior ones so that you gain more experience in a short time..dun be afraid to receive new job scope or even clean up people's mess...always take it as a learning experience..so that you know what to do to prevent those mess in future

you will be able to go higher in a faster rate if you work harder than the rest...then move to another company for better offer

the location is klang valley and yes..im have maggi every day as my bukak puasa dish.very rare for me to have nasi.seriously.. actually,i have technical background 6 month as technician and other 3 month as trainee technician while doing my industrial training.should i apply other post that related to technical job likes service engineer or technical support as i have do some survey and found out this 2 position have highest pay for diploma graduate like me.people out there plz help me.if continue eating meggi everyday,i will get botak loo

If that the case, you should try to apply for that position. And also ask your management whether they can increase your salary a little bit. RM1.1k living in klang valley area is hard. But with the right financial managements and discipline hope that you can live just fine. I do have experience like you when i start working. It very hard at the beginning but people do. Good luck at yourself.
