RM1200 base pay as a professional draughtsman with that sort of experience?

Your pay demand should be at least RM1600-1800.

i dont know salary market lol.. as i am diploma holder only..what is the average salary of fresh diploma graduate in engineering field for post like technician or draughtsman?need some help here..

I am fresh grad. Is it a good pay if I get 2.5k basic plus RM300 transportation allowance? OT is depends on my shift.

RM1200 for a draughtsman is really underpaid.Plus all your allowances give you say RM1500 in your bank account every month.If you live in a city like KL you're left barely with anything.That is just enough to eat bread, curry rice, and your room rent.

I'm working in IT field as junior SA. I'm at end user side
My job scope is analysis system, study end user requirement, doing testing and deal with vendor.
Current pay is rm2600.
Previously working as QA Engineer in softwarehouse.
Working experience is 1 year and 8 months

Just curious that, am i underpaid?

really underpaid ka? i should check dis thread earlier loo.. but im very curious if diploma graduate like me can demand more then rm1200 for basic..i thought degree holder can demand.. anyway, for my cases, that company juz say that offer for me and im not sign anything yet.only at the end of dis month i will go there again and go for 2nd interview.can i nego the basic salary?what ur guys opinion about the basic should i ask as a fresh diploma graduate?
