well the HR exec do mentioned that usually they only giv 1800-2100 max for fresh graduate but for us (bout 7 of us) were giving slightly higher due to

1) recommended by MDEC (the channel us to several company i chose brinfo)

2) attended the Infosys (india) foundation program (2nd batch here)

3) most of us do have at least 2 professional certification.

so they said that its not fair for us to be compared with other fresh graduate (thats what they said lar) and thus the starting pay is slightly higher.

anyway... check ur PM bro... got something to ask

maintenance planner.. = Not sure whether this correct or not, But i think this guy planning almost almost everything including cost/time/mainpower to start the plant shutdown. giving the short period during shutdown normally 7-14days u need to plan everything first.
this is a critical job, where u have a lot of task to thing to plan and the most important thing u must have a lot experience.
but based on my experience u will not get usd100k annually with that kind of age (24yr old). but still possible if he working oversea. my friend working as a planner at dubai with salary around USD20k/month.. 44years old.

edited: seriously i think working at oversea shouldnt count here.. becoz of this bolehland we all underpaid actually. long live pak lah and his croni.. always comparing fuel rates... why never compare our salary with them????

Am i under paid? cause i am a IT diploma holder, 1st jod is in IT hardware industry (1 year, repairing warranty item like Power Box, Monitor, Mainboard and printer), 2nd job is IT technician (3 Years, System support, PC / Laptop, Networking trouble shooting and setup), 3rd job is IT Executive in the developer industry( 3 years, maintain 4 server, 20 over PC / Laptop).

Any suggestion....? now also looking for new job. Cause i always 1 man show to handle all the problem.

somehow just an advise is not to declare ur latest sallary as 1600 coz ur future employer will think twice to double ur salary
just state it as 2500 latest salary perhaps?
