RM1200 base pay as a professional draughtsman with that sort of experience?

Your pay demand should be at least RM1600-1800.

Fresh grad in which field?If you're in engineering or science field with higher tier CGPA/GPA grade degree, at least RM2800-3000.

Neohardcore,

RM1200 for a draughtsman is really underpaid.Plus all your allowances give you say RM1500 in your bank account every month.If you live in a city like KL you're left barely with anything.That is just enough to eat bread, curry rice, and your room rent.

Don't mind me asking further...do you really get close to 50% increment every year?
It's like 1.8k-> 2.7k -> 3.5k considering the 2 years contract job.
