I just joined lets see what happen, salary wise i guess its ok offer to me as not married yet,i know its quite underpaid but yet i gotta count my blessing, was in Huawei before but their pay sucks, I realized that telco sector is very small, its not the job that matter but the people u get contacted within ur vicinity or working environment, based on my experience before, every project once kautim kaw kaw with client wont be having much hustle dealing with them afterwards.

I'd like to hear from anyone in Telco sector here, seen alot from IT in this forum not much from Telco, wondering how'd u guys doing..heard that packet one with wiMax wireless is hottest news on town lotsa projects pouring

Basically I care more about how much you could save rather than how much you can earn. Be aware that some jobs might provide a good pay but at the same time you got to spend a lot to entertain clients at your own cost
Nevertheless, some jobs seems "low pay" but as long as you can grab the opportunities to learn and know more people, the "kangtau" will be always there, the side income can be much more than the basic pay

Lucky I guess, but in my line, that's the standard package for the sales.
I was in electronic publishing too as asst. sales manager, pay at that time also about 2k+ nia.
Wah, that time every month hafto struggle to hit the quota. Commission also so-so only.
But was very good sales experience.

I was actually pretty reluctant to work alternate Saturdays (coz current job Mon - Fri : got a lil complacent)... but then when i think back of how some of my friends in the service line have to work 6 days a week all the time, I feel grateful with the offer.

Anyway I'm really looking forward to joining the new company >__<

Sales hm... it's a tough life. Dog eat dog lol... i dun favor the line coz i'm not really good at persuading or presenting stuffs. and the feeling is heavy. i've seen my comp's sales staffs... if they did not hit the target dat month, they'll get called in for a lil "talk" by d boss. worse of all, there's no commission for d sales people here

my salary now ~ 13k per month... waiting this month end for my 1st salary money count... hahahha

yeah..agreed..
sometimes it also depends on luck..
qualification alone can't guarantee you job with good pay.
overall,working on ur own is the best way to keep high and down salary
