Job Desciption : Application developer for ASP.NET SHAREPOINT and WORKFLOW Qualification: Degree in Comp Science Total years of working experience : Fresh Company : Software House Tenure : Permanent salary : 2.5k Are my paid consider normal? But with the job scope and load that i am handling now, i would consider it to be quite heavy.
I had joined the company for 3 month and currently, involved in 3 project (responsible for a portion of development) |

It still deals with the living cost, even u can earn less and comfortable to live with it, but still, you are not enough..

Bt in my opinion, i think fresh IT guy average salary pay is much higher than other job field..
My friends which graduate similar time with me, some getting less in other field.. Even in sales.. Cannot predict much if in long run, which gets higher pay.. |

It depends on your location. As far as i know, in area around Klang, foreman would only paid around 1.5k

I am currently doing programming in .net platform with sharepoint, infopath.
Since my company are short of staff, i am developing most of the modules and gathered quite some skill in it. My pay currently is 2.7k, however with my workload and responsibility, i think i deserve better pay. Do you think so? by the way, i only started to work for 1 year only. I am looking for pay around 3.8k if possible. Is it reasonable? |

Distance of travel to work is a very critical factor and must be considered.
I do think that full set of account, for the starting, you might gather useful experience, but as time passes, it will become a "dead job" a job which consists of daily routine and nothing new to learn. |
