Frankly say, my observation of gomen projects in Klang Valley like Highways, Stadiums, LRT, bridges etc over the years, scheduled projects will be kept delaying delaying & delaying, otherwise cancelled. But when they announce the kick off the construction works, 90% delivered, ikan masin ini boleh pakai sikit sikitlah....mega_shok.gif

Hi guys

A quick question.

Anyone knows if there is any problem in transferring to the new purchaser's name if I sell my unit now?
With the news about individual title about to be issued, I am afraid if the name transfer will be stuck and I will be able to collect only the first 10%.

Any advise appreciated.

Thanks
Sam

You may request the liquidator direct charge new buyer name to the title.

Thanks bro.

The liquidator is HLB Ler Lum?
They have been doing this like a few years now, and not sure how much longer they will take. If assuming they take another 6 months, does it mean that the bank will not disburse the borrower loan amount (i.e. pay me the full amount).

I am coming from the angle where if it is going to take a long time for me to collect the full sale amount, I might as well hold off selling until I confirm that the SnP duration is the normal one as I believe the price is just going to increase in the future.
If I can collect the entire sale amount in a few months time, then I will proceed with the sale.

Any suggestions from the recent buyers and sellers?

Thanks
Sam

Sell now because seller will not be affected before they formally announce.

For those block 3,3A,5,6,7 those that face the townhouses are all effected by the LRT track.

And for block 10, 11, 12, 13, 13A face KL (KESAS) your view will be blocked by the few new projects. Z Residence, Rainz and kiara 1.

There is another commercial development next to the tamil school. From source the studio 500sf start from 300k up!

To bukit oug owners, dont sell now OR set high price. Keep awhile more rent first. kekekee

My studio rented at Rm700 (Kosong) almost 10% gross return smile.gif... Its even better money if you rent to APIIT students (MIDDLE EAST) i prefer chinese

For 1222sf i will update
