BV always slow no matter where u go, thats y ppl buy developer's unit biggrin.gif

btw my latest 775sf can get 220k. dec 12' was 180k...... so 5months 40k i would say GREAT LAH!!

sorry boss.... i didnt meant to sell anything, i bought a 791sf early this year that time BV was 180k and i bought it at 160k so i didnt bother much to ask around....

buying another one 775sf lately at 210k, so i get this 220k value from close PBB banker

thats y i said from 180k to 220k.... 40k BV increase within 6months is consider very good

The monthly parking rate at havana club seems very attractive ler.....rm120 per month, way cheaper den b.oug here...anyone go rent liao boh?

HAHA..cheaper??? RM120/month -> RM1440/year.....i think B.OUG cover car park only cost 720/year....and uncover cost 300/year....no?

I saw they have time control to parking there...dun know what time to what time.... biggrin.gif

Other matters:

1. Projection plans the use of the funds must be given
2. Termite issue

Change security company

Security is so bad and inconsistent. Last weekend guard in blk 6 crossed over and put his thumb on the reader to open the gate cos got about 10 foreigners waiting outside and none had access

Also guards r being missused. Saw guard this morning cleaning koi pond!!! Wtf
