actually, bukit oug is a nice place to stay.
have met and make friends with many… like…
jack, martin, eugene, tony, steven, teng, adrian, lily, rajan, prakash, dave, ah man, michael, anne, doctor salleh, behruz, noor,
paul, harry, david, cynthia, sree, raymond, strongman with tattoos, playboy, and so on. am sure most of you here knows some of them too.
sadly, one or two i know have already shifted as family grow bigger. also few have gone to heaven. 
there are oso arseholes and opportunist which need to be avoided! will only know of their true color after knowing their true intention.
oledi kena a few! so be careful. luckily, three of them have run away and never been seen anymore. nice ppl does not mean, they are good! 
best part was to see kids growing up in stages and become teenager. those who intend to buy and stay here will make many good friends. 
have no regrets buying this place, even thought sometime it gave a little headache!    somehow, one day, will have to move out for parents sake.

actually tengah korek property market value in malacca and sabah thru websites!

didn't know, few are selling above 400k for 1222sq.ft here. 

Hv been staying here for almost 2 weeks , now wat trouble me is,  is our lift safe? Saw so many lift accidents at fb recently n i m super worried... esp block 5 lift very scary...i always use the staircase when i go n pay maintenance fees...felt very insecure when use the lift there....anybody got same feeling?

OIC...which KK project you looking for? Currently KK bloom up, anywhere got development, just small KK town have more than 10 developments in progress......

ain't easy to find a safe unit, especially when looking for apartments or normal condos.

kk area is famous for many things!

Now the KK property not cheap.....a normal apartment in town cost >300k and condo >450k.....if facing to sea....lagi mahal.....

Currently there have a development called KK city waterfront totally face the sea, soho unit sell @ +- 700psf...carzy
