What are the target rental audience for Bukit OUG condo? Is it local working families or middle eastern families?

I bought mine without any issue, mine was a subsale from a family who moved to Shah Alam for landed property because they have got more kids.

I recently finds that the Kiara Residence new project is just in front of Bukit OUG Condo. In fact, it just next to the KESAS highway. Price is RM300,000++. Anyone staying at Bukit OUG Condo is interested in this project? give your comments.

Yes, there is a new Project called "Kiara Residence" beside Bukit OUG Condo, initially I think is Z residence...but look like no. Maybe the Z. residence will built behind the Kiara Residence.

Total unit is 360 units (1038 ~ 1454 sq ft), price from 367,400 to 519,000 (+-350psf).

But, the land is leasehold.

Please hv a look on the whole proposed.

hi,hi. im sky frm oriental realty. i have sold 3 unit of bukit oug in 2010. studio 1+1 unit at block 11 and 2 unit of 1458sf at block 12. 1458sf partially furnish sold for rm225k & rm210k. if you want to sell/ rent out or check value, i can assist you =p. hope to assist.
